  2. Availability of customer support. For our customers, we provide customer support at the telephone number and email address mentioned above on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  3. Processing time for your request or complaint. Your request will be processed within 2 business days at the latest (48 hours; this period may be extended by the rest days and public holidays customary in the Czech Republic).

Right to withdraw from the sales contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the products (or the last product, partial delivery, or last item in the case of a sales contract for multiple items from a single order, or delivery of the product in multiple partial deliveries or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the sales contract, please inform us through your user account. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@pelek.ro or at the telephone number +420 705 724 353. Withdrawal from the sales contract may be carried out through any clear statement (for example, by email). For this purpose, you may use the attached withdrawal form for the sales contract, which is not mandatory.
  3. Address for returning products. The return label is usually available in the user account on pelek.ri. If we have not provided a label for returning the products, use this address to return the products: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov, . Alternatively, please contact us at info@pelek.ro or at the telephone number +420 705 724 353, to ensure that your rights to return the products are guaranteed and to agree on an individual procedure.
  4. Withdrawal from the contract within the deadline. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawing from the sales contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the sales contract? If you withdraw from the sales contract, we will refund you without delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received your notification of withdrawal from the sales contract, all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the most advantageous standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refund. For this return, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless we agree otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this return. We may refuse to issue the refund until we have received the products back or until you provide proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the products. The products must be returned or handed over to us without delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the products are shipped before this period expires.
  4. Costs of returning the products. The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 214 RON excluding delivery costs (i.e., from 215.01 RON), we will bear the direct return transport costs. The direct costs of returning products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary mail are borne by you.
  5. Reduction in the value of the products. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned or sent-back products resulting from handling the products in a manner other than necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete products are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price that you request to have refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of the damage, the devaluation of the products, and the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these measures at the e-mail address provided.
  6. Inability to withdraw from the sales contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
