  3. The processing time of your request or complaint. Your request will be processed no later than within 2 working days (48 hours, this period may be extended by the days of rest and public holidays that are customary in the Czech Republic).

The right to withdraw from the sales contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the products (or the last product, partial delivery or the last item in the case of a sales contract for multiple items from a single order, or the delivery of the product in multiple partial deliveries or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the sales contract, please inform us through your user account. Alternatively, you can contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu or at the phone number +420774242766. Withdrawal from the sales contract can be made by any clear statement (for example, by email). For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form from the sales contract, which is not mandatory.
  3. The address for returning products. The return label is usually available in the user account on pelek.eu.   4. Withdrawal from the contract within the deadline. To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the sales contract, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period from the sales contract.

The consequences of withdrawing from the sales contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the sales contract? In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, we will refund you without delay, no later than fourteen days from the date we received your notification of withdrawal from the sales contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the most advantageous standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refund. For this return, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless we agree otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this return. We may refuse the return if we do not receive the products back or until you provide us with proof that you have returned the products, depending on which happens earlier.
  3. The obligation to return the products. Products must be returned or handed over to us without delay, no later than fourteen days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the products are shipped before the expiration of this period.
  4. The costs of returning products. The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 CZK without shipping costs (i.e., from 990.01 CZK), we will bear the direct transportation costs back. The direct costs of returning products, which due to their nature cannot be returned by regular mail, are borne by you.
  5. Reduction in the value of the products. In the event of cancellation of the sales contract, you are responsible for the reduction in value of the returned or sent-back products that occurred as a result of handling the products in a manner other than necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the products. If we receive damaged or incomplete products, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price you request to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the degree of damage, devaluation of the products, and establish the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you about these measures at the email address provided.
  6. Inability to cancel the sales contract. These cases are described in detail in art. 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
