1. Basic data
Your personal data is collected through the online store pelek.eu; and/or directly by us. In both cases, we may be in the position of data controller. We process the following personal data about you:

2. For what purpose do we process personal data and what is the reason for processing
2.1 Execution of the contractual relationship and related legal obligations. We will process your first and last name, contact information (residential address and delivery address, email, and phone number) or other billing information. Personal data is processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter. 4 years after its conclusion (here we are interested in keeping some Personal Data related to the purchase contract for the purpose of protecting our interests). We have a legal obligation to archive accounting and tax documents. The retention period for this data may be up to 10 years from the end of the fiscal period in which the service took place. If necessary for the purpose of delivery and payment, the Personal Data collected by us will be transferred to an authorized transport company or an authorized credit institution.
2.2 Payment by card. If you provide us with your payment card details, we do not have access to the complete details. We only know that you are paying by card and the card details are processed by the recipients of this data, who will process the payment for us.
2.3 Order execution. To process your order, we also cooperate with other service providers (carriers and others) who help us fulfill the concluded contracts. We transfer your data to these partners only for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the purchase contract.
2.4 Communications with customer support, complaints, or other inquiries. If you have contacted us, we process your personal data based on your consent for the purpose of managing the inquiry or complaint. We may process the following personal data about you: name, surname, phone number, email, information about your order. Closed requests and complaints from customer support are regularly deleted, but no later than 4 years from the resolution of the inquiry or complaint.
2.5 Review. Our customers' evaluations are important to us. We will publish reviews if you give us consent to do so (leave a review for a specific product or service). We may process the following personal data about you: name, surname, email, order details. With your express consent, we will also process photos and personal data that are part of the review text. Reviews are included in the withdrawal of your consent, but for a period of no more than 5 years.
2.6 Customer ratings. You can share your shopping experience and rate individual products. We may use other processors to evaluate your feedback regarding the individual goods purchased.
2.7 Legal obligations. We may transfer personal data to third parties, other than the processors listed below, if required by law or in response to legal requirements of public authorities or at the request of a court in legal disputes.
2.8 Age restrictions. In the case of age-restricted goods, we verify that you have reached the minimum required age, in accordance with applicable legal regulations. For this purpose, we use an identification service that allows us to verify your age.
2.9 Digital products. If it is necessary to update goods with digital items or digital products, we process the data you provided at the order.
3. Communication
3.1 Emails we may send. As part of the sale of our goods or services, we may send emails to customers regarding:
3.1.1 delivery notification, update delivery date

4. Processors
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners (processors) or to other third parties, if required by law.
We only use verified Processors with whom we have a written contract and who provide at least the same guarantees that we offer you. These are only Processors from the European Union or from countries that have been declared and recognized as safe or from countries with which we have concluded standard contractual clauses in accordance with Article 46 GDPR and which provide a comparable level of protection for you. The protection of personal data is as in the case of using GDPR and Czech legal regulations. All of our Processors are bound by confidentiality obligations and cannot use the personal data provided for purposes other than those for which we made them available in accordance with these principles.

When will we finish? We will respond within a maximum of one month. If providing information would jeopardize the confidentiality of other persons or the provision would be disproportionate to the risks or costs of providing it, we may not be able to comply. — The right to data portability. We can provide your data, which you have provided to us in a structured and machine-readable format, to another controller at your request.
— The right to object. If we process your data for a legitimate interest (for example, sending a newsletter). It is up to us to prove our legitimate interest; if we prove that you are right, we will stop this processing.
— The right to withdraw consent. If you have changed your mind, please write to us. Processing related to marketing and commercial purposes can be revoked at any time.
— automated individual decision-making, including profiling. You have the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would have legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you. We respect your rights, so we do not engage in profiling.
